A functional medicine consultation is a comprehensive, patient-centered evaluation designed to identify and address the root causes of health concerns rather than focusing solely on symptom management.

During the free discovery session with our practitioner, you will discuss what you’d like help with, your diet, lifestyle, and genetic factors that influence your overall health.

As a client, you become an active partner in all decisions. Together, we will build a plan that is sustainable for your lifestyle and empowers you to be in charge of your health.

After beginning your plan we will have a series of follow-up Health Coaching Sessions in which we will discuss the progress of your plan and make adjustments if needed.
